With the Board of Commissioners' recent approval, the academy secured a 25-year lease for a 2.3-acre site, including a hangar building and ramp, marking a pivotal moment in addressing the underrepresentation of minority pilots in the industry.
Founded by aviator and entrepreneur Michael Ojo, Lookup Flight Academy is not only a flight school but a beacon of hope and opportunity for aspiring aviators from all backgrounds.
